I practice holistic therapy because it embraces the whole person - emotional, spiritual, and physical.  Holistic psychotherapy utilizes traditional and non-traditional therapies to bring about healing, balance, and meaning.  Using your mind and body, I will help you explore explore and examine your thoughts, feelings, behavior, relationships, problems, and goals to achieve a more positive and full-filling well being.  I look forward to working together.
